Share your story and let the world know how your Counter is making a difference! After joining the program, we’ll send you an email with 6 simple questions to help guide your testimonial. Talk about how the Counter impacts your business, boosts your social media, or simply adds that extra bit of fun to your space.
Ready for your close-up? Film yourself selfie-style or have someone film you in your business, with your Counter clearly visible in the shot—this is a must! Make sure the lighting is good: avoid filming in the dark or against bright light.
Keep it simple and clear! Send us one or more videos that add up to at least 30 seconds in total. Use your smartphone to record in either 9:16 (vertical) or 1:1 (square) format. Just make sure the quality is good enough for everyone to see you and your Counter clearly!
Speak from the heart—in any language you like! We accept videos in any language. If you speak a language other than English or French, please include a written transcript of your video. This helps us add subtitles and share your story with everyone!

Quality comes at a price. While we offer occasional discounts (Black Friday being the biggest), deals are rare. Fake promo codes? Ignore them. Our pricing reflects top-tier materials, logistics, and our expert team in Paris. Want a deal? Join Share & Save and get 50% back on your first Counter.
To qualify for the refund, you must: -Sign up before placing your order via the official form. -Purchase a brand-new Counter directly from www.smiirl.com (Amazon and refurbished units are not eligible). -Be a business (one refund per business, even if multiple orders are placed)
The refund is limited to one Counter per business, regardless of how many you purchase. If you order multiple units in the same transaction (e.g., 2, 5, or 10), the refund will only apply to one Counter.
The refund from the Share & Save Program cannot be combined with other discounts. If you apply a promo code at checkout, the discounted amount will be deducted from your refund.
We’ll issue your refund using the same payment method you used for your order. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited back to your card. If you used PayPal, the refund will go straight to your PayPal account. Prefer a bank transfer? No problem! Just let us know, and we’ll arrange it for you.
The photos and videos you share may appear on our social media pages (both organic and paid), as well as on our website, blog, and promotional emails. By joining the program, you grant Smiirl the right to use your content for up to 5 years.
