Smiirl Share & Save Program – Terms & Conditions

The Smiirl Share & Save Program offers customers the opportunity to receive a 50% refund on their first Counter in exchange for a short testimonial video. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following terms and conditions apply:

1. Eligibility Criteria

• The program cannot be combined with any other discount or promo code.
• Only one refund per business is allowed, even if multiple orders are placed.
• The program only applies to brand-new Counters purchased directly on www.smiirl.com.
• Amazon orders and refurbished Counters are not eligible for this program.
• Customers must sign up for the program before placing their order using the official sign-up form.
• Upon completing the sign-up form, customers will receive a confirmation email.

2. Participation & Submission Guidelines

• Customers have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to submit their testimonial video.
• After 60 days, eligibility expires, and the refund cannot be claimed.
• Participation is not retroactive—past orders do not qualify.

3. Refund Policy

• The refund applies to only one Counter per business, regardless of how many are purchased.
• If multiple Counters are ordered in the same purchase (e.g., 2, 5, or 10 units), the refund applies to only one.
• Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
• If a promo code was used at checkout, the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund total.

4. Content Usage & Ownership

• By participating, you agree to allow Smiirl to use your video for up to 5 years across its marketing channels, including social media, website, blog, paid ads, and promotional emails.
• If a participant requests content removal, they must return the refunded amount, at which point Smiirl will remove the content from all platforms.

By signing up for the Share & Save Program, participants agree to these terms.
